DMCA Policy (United States)

Last Updated: January 19, 2026

iptvsmartersprousa.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services
(collectively, the “Service”) to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how we respond to copyright infringement claims under the
U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

This policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you have questions about the DMCA or your rights,
you should consult an attorney.

1. Overview

If you believe that content available on or through the Service infringes a copyright you own (or you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner),
you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (see Section 5).

Depending on the nature of the report, we may remove or disable access to the identified material (for example, by removing a listing or disabling
access to a specific link or page), and we may notify the party responsible for the reported material.

2. What We Do (and Don’t Do)

The Service may include references, listings, links, or other information submitted by users or obtained from third-party sources.
We do not control third-party sites and cannot guarantee the availability of any third-party content.
When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we take appropriate action under this policy.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”), send a written request to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes
all of the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list).
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information to help us locate it (for example, the exact URL(s)
on our site and any relevant identifiers). General descriptions (like only a channel name) are often not sufficient—please provide specific
    locations and details.
  • Your contact information, including your name (or authorized agent/company), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner
or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner).

If your Notice is missing required information, we may be unable to act on it. Please send DMCA notices only to the Designated Copyright Agent
identified below. Notices sent to other channels (such as general support) may not be processed.

4. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Removal Was a Mistake)

If you believe that material you posted (or made available) was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a
DMCA Counter-Notification (“Counter-Notice”) to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (for example, the prior URL).
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake
    or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located
(or, if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any federal district court where we may be found), and that you will accept
service of process from the person who submitted the original Notice (or their agent).

We may provide a copy of your Counter-Notice to the original complaining party as part of the DMCA process.

6. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service
for users who repeatedly violate our policies, including our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Misrepresentations

Submitting a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice that knowingly makes material misrepresentations may result in liability for damages, including costs
and attorneys’ fees. Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
